As part of our enrollment process, we collect personal information that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Student and parent (or guardian) name
  • Gender
  • Age
  • Educational history
  • Educational interest
  • Parent or guardian contact information
  • Emergency contact information

Personal information is collected to ensure we fulfill our target demographic, can contact and interact with you regarding services provided by us. The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the use of our services.

When is your personal information collected
Personal information is collected when you voluntarily contact us to express interest in obtaining information about our services, register to utilize our services, and/or participate in workshops, modules, and various other services.

Changes to your personal information
To help ensure that all personal information provided to us is true, complete, and accurate, please notify us if there are any changes to your personal information during your time using our services.

We collect your financial information

Payment of services
When you make a purchase on our website, you will be re-directed to our payment platform vendor. The necessary data is collected to process your payment when you register to use our services such as credit card number and billing address. We do not receive your full credit card, debit card or other financial information when you make a payment. Such information is provided directly to the vendor. However, we do receive information about your purchase and your contact information (e.g. name, credit card type, last four digits of your credit or debit card number, email address, mailing address, phone number). We keep a record of your purchases. Payment information is stored by our payment platform vendor PayPal. You can find their privacy policy at www.paypal.com.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY?
When visiting our site, we may collect the following information automatically about you and your use of our site through cookies, web beacons, and other current and future technologies. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How is your information used?
We use your information to:

  • Communicate with you about our current and future educational services purposes, and respond to you inquiries.
  • As part of the enrollment process to determine the appropriate service for each student and measure engagement with us.
  • Contact you via email, SMS text message, telephone, or standard mail to inform you about educational services, educational consulting and/or about events and promotions (including e-newsletters, marketing communications, and announcements from us and our education partners).
  • Tailor the content and information we may send or display to you using age and location customization.
  • Better understand how users access and use our sites and services, both on an aggregated and individualized basis, in order to modify or improve our site and services and respond to user desires and preferences, and for other research and analytical purposes.

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?  
We do not knowingly collect, share or use data from children under 18 years of age without appropriate parental or guardian consent.  By registering to use our services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the services. If a parent or guardian learns that we have been provided with personal information from users less than 18 years without their consent, please notify us at info@thequasibox.com and we will discontinue services and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such personal information from our records. 

IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?  
We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

OPTING OUT OF OUR PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES
You may decide to opt out of receiving promotional messages from us. You can unsubscribe from our subscription email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below.
